Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

About the role

We are looking for experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to manage two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure high-quality installations and excellent customer service for residential and commercial solar PV projects, including flat and pitched roofs. You will work with skilled Solar PV electricians and travel across Scotland and occasionally Northern England.

Your responsibilities include maintaining health, safety, and quality standards and promoting a positive safety culture. You will work with our Installations Manager to train and develop Solar PV Labourers. We emphasize clear expectations and feedback to support your growth and development.
