Job summary

Kirkland Associates Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Solar PV Installer to join our expanding renewables team. You will manage and deliver high-quality Solar PV installations across residential and commercial sites.

You’ll lead installation teams, work at height, interpret technical drawings, and ensure all panels, mounting systems and electrical components are installed safely and correctly.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (BS 7671).
• Practical Solar PV installation experience.
• Strong electrical safety and wiring knowledge.
• Competent with hand tools and power tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality Solar PV installations across residential and commercial sites.
• Lead installation teams and work at height.
• Interpret technical drawings to ensure correct installation of panels, mounting systems and electrical components.
• Ensure safety and compliance during installation.
