Job summary

Valoris Group is recruiting an Install Manager to support Solar PV and battery storage installations across Hampshire and the South Coast. The role blends leadership with practical installation work, with an initial 3–6 month on-tools period and hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead installation teams, coordinate electricians, roofers and subcontractors, ensuring safe, high-quality installations across domestic and commercial sites, and drive project delivery with a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

Proven hands-on Solar PV installation experience with leadership ability.
Experience leading installations or supervising teams.
Willingness to stay hands-on during initial months to learn processes.

Responsibilities

Lead installations across domestic and commercial Solar PV and battery storage projects.
Coordinate electricians, roofers and subcontractors; plan labour and materials.
Carry out electrical installation work, testing and commissioning where required.
Ensure quality, safety and documentation; manage handover and warranties.
Provide guidance to installers and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
