Job summary

Suns Power Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing renewable energy team in the UK. You will install and commission Solar PV and Battery Storage systems, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.

The role requires BS 7671 knowledge and MCS standards compliance, with testing, certification and handovers as part of the process. A UK driving licence is essential, and candidates with Solar PV/BESS qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrician 18th Edition (2391 or equivalent).
• Solar PV & Battery Storage experience essential; Solar PV & BESS qualifications preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Solar PV and Battery Storage systems.
• Ensure installations meet BS 7671 and MCS standards.
• Complete testing, certification and handovers.
