PT Renewables is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead commercial-scale renewable energy schemes across Wales. You will oversee solar PV installations, battery storage, and EV charging projects from planning through delivery, ensuring safety, on-time progress and budget control.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician status with strong technical electrical knowledge.
• Experience in solar PV, electrical installations, renewables or related sectors.
• Previous project management, supervisory, or site leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and electrical installers.
• Plan programmes of work, procurement schedules, and project resources.
• Manage project budgets, reporting, and client communications.
• Ensure electrical regulations, certification requirements, and quality standards are met.
• Drive health & safety compliance across all sites.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
