With a reputation for quality installations and hands-on expertise, our client supports homeowners and businesses across the UK in transitioning to renewable energy.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Solar Panel Installer to join an expanding team, assisting with the installation of solar panel systems across London, Essex, and the M25 corridor. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow in the renewable energy sector and develop valuable trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment (solar panels up to 20kg)
• Install ballast frames on flat roof systems
• General site clean-up and finishing tasks
• Travel to various sites within London, Essex, and around the M25
• Support electricians and site teams with day-to-day site tasks

Requirements

• UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites daily
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials and tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Occasional overnight work (accommodation, food & drinks allowance provided)
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
