Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the solar industry and current standards.
• Hands-on PV design and system configuration experience.
• Electrical design proficiency: single-line diagrams, cable sizing, protection, grid connection.
• Familiarity with MCS, PAS 2030, HIES and safe working practices.
• Ability to create clear drawings using CAD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Effective communication with installation teams and clients.
• Electrical engineering or renewable energy qualification; professional solar/electrical certifications are a plus.
• Experience on-site, multi-project management, adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, and oversee installation of solar PV systems to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare technical documentation for projects.
