Rivan Industries is seeking a skilled designer to turn blank sites into build-ready solar farms across the UK, Spain and Portugal. You will work with origination and permitting to balance engineering, environmental and planning constraints for scalable projects.

Role requires 3–7 years of utility-scale solar design experience, strong AutoCAD/PVCase/PVsyst skills, and a relevant engineering degree. HQ in Bermondsey, with significant relocation support and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience designing utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, PVCase, and PVsyst.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Produce feasibility and planning-stage solar layouts across the UK, Spain and Portugal.
• Optimize layouts to maximise capacity and energy yield while meeting planning, environmental and engineering constraints.
• Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings and planning submission drawings.
• Questioning and optimising approaches to panels, air capture, reactor, access tracks, and internal electrical routes.
