As an Electrician with my client, you'll play a key role in the Solar PV department, responsible for diagnosing issues, installing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll also mentor an Electrical Apprentice, providing valuable hands-on training. The Person

1. 5+ years' industry experience, focused on electrical and Solar PV.
2. Passionate about renewable energy and mentoring.
3. Strong leadership skills, guiding an Electrical Apprentice.
4. Excellent communication with clients and teams.
5. Proactive with a focus on safety and quality.

The Role

1. Diagnose and install electrical systems, ensuring compliance.
2. Contribute to the growth of the Solar PV department.
3. Mentor and train an Electrical Apprentice.
4. Coordinate projects with clients and subcontractors.
5. Continuously develop technical expertise in renewables.
