Job summary

RES is seeking a Superintendent - Electrical for a solar project in the United Kingdom. The role coordinates the site electrical construction schedule, execution plan, and daily issues, supervising electrical field staff to finish on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include managing permits, QA/QC, subcontractor contracts, and on-site materials. Travel is required domestically as needed; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years experience solar or utility construction.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 76-100% domestically.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA, LOTO, permits, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the electrical construction schedule and execution plan.
• Supervise electrical field personnel to complete the solar project on time and within budget.
• Maintain QA for electrical construction and manage design changes.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and electrical materials on site.
• Ensure safety, site prep, and regulatory compliance.
