Aspire Jobs is seeking an experienced Solar Business Unit Manager to own and grow the solar division. Home and field based within an hour of Ringwood, with a clear path to manage opportunities from initial contact to delivery.

You will work closely with clients, installers, and the Technical Director to ensure accurate quotations, site surveys, and successful installations, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience within solar industry and knowledge of PV systems.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work on projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with commercial and residential clients.
• Identify opportunities and grow the solar pipeline.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Quote and design solar PV systems using manufacturer software.
• Oversee projects from design through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate subcontract labour and material procurement.
• Ensure MCS and regulatory reporting compliance.
