Job description

Alto Software Group

Our software solutions connect businesses and consumers, powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.

We deliver a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders to drive efficiencies, speed up the transaction while reducing risk, improve end-customer experiences, stay ahead of regulatory changes and unlock new areas for business growth.

Whilst we are not a start-up we have a start-up mindset set and want our people to operate with this mindset so that we can achieve our ambitions.

We are looking for a confident and driven Software Trainer to deliver impactful training experiences across the ASG software suite, with a strong focus on the estate agency sector. Your mission is to build user confidence and competence through live remote and onsite sessions, all while driving product adoption and identifying opportunities to upsell added-value features and services.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for the property industry, and a natural ability to inspire confidence in digital tools. You’ll also help shape self-serve resources, support webinars, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client onboarding, education and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging remote and onsite training for new and existing clients, tailored to their estate agency business needs.
  • Prepare and customise training materials to ensure relevance and maximise engagement.
  • Drive ongoing adoption of core and advanced ASG product features, showcasing tangible business value.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell add-on tools, features, or training services based on client goals and usage.
  • Support digital learning content creation across LMS, Help Centre, and webinar platforms.
  • Champion product benefits with confidence, linking features to industry-specific pain points and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to align on key messaging and feature rollouts.
  • Perform post-training follow-ups, documentation, and feedback analysis to improve delivery and outcomes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the user journey.
  • Remain up to date with the ASG software suite and broader estate agency market trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups, both in-person and remotely.
  • Strong understanding of the estate agency and/or lettings/property management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving software adoption and enabling users to get the most out of digital platforms.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to recognise and support upsell opportunities in a customer-centric way.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident with technology and learning new software quickly.
  • Comfortable using LMS platforms, webinar tools, content management systems, and CRMs.

Behaviours & Mindset

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, agility, and accountability to the role:

  • Understand/Grow – Know your audience and tailor your training style accordingly.
  • Re-imagine – Drive innovative ways to improve how customers learn and engage.
  • Build together – Collaborate across departments to improve outcomes.

  • Set the Bar Higher – Constantly seek to enhance training quality and product knowledge.
  • Value and Evidence Mindset – Link training outcomes to measurable customer success.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build trust across clients, teams, and leadership.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Strengthen long-term relationships by being a reliable, expert guide.
  • Strategy and Business Acumen – Align your efforts with team and business goals.
  • Everyday Flex - greater flexibility over where and when you work
  • 25 days annual leave + extra days for years of service
  • Day off for volunteering & Digital detox day
  • Festive Closure - business closed for period between Christmas and New Year
  • Cycle to work and electric car schemes
  • Free Calm App membership
  • Enhanced Parental leave
  • Fertility Treatment Financial Support
  • Group Income Protection and private medical insurance
  • Gym on-site in London
  • 7.5% pension contribution by the company
  • Discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salary
