Job summary

Lynx Recruitment's Oxford client is seeking a Software Test Engineer for a hybrid role (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH). The role spans software testing, software releases and customer support across an AI-focused start-up.

You will work with AWS, Git/CI-CD, robotics/vision tech and edge computing (Jetson), including embedded Linux and OTA updates, collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Git and CI/CD processes.
• Robotics, autonomous systems or computer vision exposure.
• Familiar with SLAM algorithms or spatial/3D tech.
• Experience with edge hardware like NVIDIA Jetson.
• Embedded Linux systems development and OTA updates.
• Debian packaging and apt repositories.
• GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines.
• React/Node.js applications and hardware/software integration testing.

My client is a growing AI Start-up, they are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join the team. The role will be spread across software testing, software releases and customer support.

Key Requirements

• AWS
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD processes.
