Focus Resourcing is recruiting for a Software Systems Engineer in Bridgend to join an established UK manufacturer of high‑tech equipment. You will design, develop and maintain software controlling complex engineering systems and support global installations across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ software development experience, strong VB.NET skills, and a proactive, multi‑project capable mindset.

Qualifications

• Five years of software development experience in engineering/industrial settings.
• Strong VB.NET programming skills within an engineering environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proactive with multitasking across projects.

Responsibilities
