White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Software Design Engineer for an office-based role in Burton-on-Trent. You will design, develop and maintain embedded software for industrial control systems, collaborating with mechanical, electrical and systems engineers across the full product lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in software design, degree in software/computer/electrical engineering, and strong skills in C, C++, Python, and Parker ICAN.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in software design and development.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python; Parker ICAN or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software for industrial control systems and machinery.
• Produce software architecture, specifications and technical documentation.
• Develop, test, debug and validate software for reliability and performance.
