Our client, a profitable and rapidly expanding Software House, is seeking a Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer to join their busy team. Full training on their software and formal SQL qualifications & certifications will be provided. The role is based in the Leicestershire area, with hours from 9-5, Monday to Friday, and no shift work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Application Software Support or Customer Support roles
• Experience with call logging and handling 1st-3rd Line Support issues
• Experience working with Enterprise, CRM, or Financial software
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including scripting and database interrogation
• Experience with software implementation, both remotely and onsite
• Some understanding of programming concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The starting salary is £32,000 with additional benefits. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening due to client requirements. The role is office-based and commutable from Coventry, Leicester, and Nuneaton.
