A screens Nationwide Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a creative and talented Software Support Analyst to join our close-knit tech team. You will work on bespoke software support and external client support, playing a major part in the project path and delivery.

You will be involved with the full development life cycle, performing QA testing (manual/regression & functional) and using Jira, HubSpot and Zendesk to support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in bespoke software support and external client support.
• QA software testing experience (manual/regression and functional).
• Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and assist with project delivery.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle.
• Conduct QA testing and verify issues.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a creative & talented Software Support Analyst to be be part of our close knit tech team.

We are looking for a software support engineer with some QA Tester experience who can run with a project & support clients.

You will be getting heavily involved with the full full development life cycle and play a major part in the projects path and delivery.

The Role:

You will need experience in a selection of the following key skills:

• Bespoke Software Support
• External Client Support
• CRM's (HubSpot and/or Zendesk)
• QA Software Testing (Manual/Regression & Functional, Jira)
