Job summary

TechnipFMC in Krakow is seeking a Software Quality Assurance engineer to define, implement, and execute SW tests for controls software on subsea platforms.

You will create test plans, collaborate across global teams, and contribute to QA strategy while traveling up to 40% to Europe, the United States and Asia. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering with 5+ years QA experience and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with testing and verification of complex functionality.
• Experience with software and system development.
• Hands-on testing experience is required.
• Experience with Jira for Agile project management.
• Excellent English skills (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Create the Test Plan and Strategy for a project or product.
• Develop test criteria and acceptance criteria from business requirements.
• Provide technical support during software installation, configuration, integration and tests.
• Travel to sites and collaborate with global teams as needed.
