What You'll Do:

• Manage tooling and test automation infrastructure, including selecting tools, configuring environments, and integrating with version control systems.
• Develop and execute high-quality test plans on RDK stacks, leveraging automation to detect defects quickly and ensure test coverage reliability.
• Explore advanced testing topics such as test data management, scenario refactoring, and CI/CD integration.
• Practice agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster team alignment.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with DevOps practices, including full lifecycle ownership, solutioning, observability, process optimization, and operationalization.
• Knowledge of dual-band routers, WiFi protocols, MapT IP Translator, and networking.
• Experience with BDD, test automation, infrastructure, and understanding of Business-Driven Development.
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks for testing and reporting.
• Strategies for test coverage optimization, including risk-based testing and critical path prioritization.
