Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Lead or Head of QA to join our client, a global technology company in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive manual and automated testing experience, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and C#. You should have experience in creating automated test cases from scratch and be comfortable working in a commercial environment, testing software closely related to hardware or products.

This role reports directly to the Software Development Manager and will serve as the primary point of contact for all QA-related matters within the organization. You will be responsible for establishing testing processes, challenging the status quo, and leading the QA team.

The position offers a salary up to £80,000 plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Aberdeen, as onsite presence is required.
