Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of QA / Lead Software Tester to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with solid hands-on experience in software testing, looking to take on a leadership position, or an experienced QA Lead seeking new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and C#. You should have a background in testing software in a commercial environment, creating automated test cases from scratch, and driving change. A willingness to challenge the status quo is essential.

You will report directly to the Software Development Manager and become the primary point of contact for all QA-related matters within the organization.

Ideally, your commercial experience will involve working with software closely related to hardware or products.
