Job description

Head of QA / Lead Software Tester

If you're an experienced software tester with solid hands-on experience looking to step into a leadership role OR an experienced QA Lead seeking a new opportunity, then look no further.

You'll have experience in manual and automated testing, with proficiency in tools and technologies like Selenium, Cucumber, C#, etc. You should have worked in a commercial environment testing software and creating automated test cases from scratch, with the ability to implement change. You should also be comfortable challenging the status quo.

In this role, you will report directly to the Software Development Manager and become the organisation's 'go-to person' for all QA-related matters.

Your background should ideally include working with software closely related to hardware/products.

This role offers a salary up to £80,000 plus benefits such as private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more.

Our client is a global technology company within the oil and gas sector. You will need to be within commuting distance of the Aberdeen office, as onsite work is required.
