You will own customer software projects from scoping through to handover, coordinating specialists across software development, product, architecture and engineering to hit timescales, budgets and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end software projects in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets and delivery schedules.
• Experience with agile, hybrid or similar delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills, using project tools.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from initial scoping and planning through implementation, acceptance and handover.
• Coordinate across Software Development, Product, Architecture, Commercial and Engineering to align delivery with timescales and budgets.
• Forecasting, risk management, resource coordination and change control to address issues before impact.
• Lead customer communications and project meetings with accurate progress updates.
