Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ investment experience in software/tech at PE or growth fund

Responsibilities

• Lead and support evaluation, financial modelling, and end-to-end execution of software buyout and growth transactions
• Build and manage complex LBO models, SaaS unit economics analyses, and IC materials
• Manage full-scope due diligence—commercial, technical, and financial—with advisors and founders
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on value-creation initiatives, bolt-on acquisitions, and exit prep
