Nine Twenty is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects within the Housing, Not-for-Profit & Public Sector team, from initial planning through go-live and handover. You will collaborate with customers, consultants and technical teams to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs.

You will plan, monitor and control project scope, budgets and schedules; manage risks and changes; and provide clear progress reports.

Formación

• Experience managing software implementation projects.
• Desirable: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage software implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live and handover.
• Coordinate customers, consultants and technical teams, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and responsibilities.
• Manage project scope, budgets and timescales against agreed delivery plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns early.
• Manage change requests, assessing their impact and securing agreement before changes are delivered.
• Provide clear progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate testing, training and go-live readiness, supporting a smooth transition into ongoing support.
