Job summary

The Clay Partnership Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development and implementation projects for local authorities, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will coordinate the full lifecycle, manage client relationships, and produce regular progress reports, while maintaining documentation and risks. A proactive, organised professional with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, preferably within SAAS, technology, or digital services.
• Microsoft Project experience is required.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, PIDs, RAID logs, and status reports.
