What you’ll do:

• Deliver new customer projects and support ongoing work for imc’s learning management system.
• Manage projects, including scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse client needs and design solutions.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Configure software and provide client training and support.

What you’ll need:
