This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, product strategy, and team mentoring, offering both strategic and execution responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
• Drive technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the platform
• Guide and mentor a team of talented developers, fostering growth and innovation
• Define and enforce best practices: clean code, testing, scalable architecture
• Identify and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features

Experience:

• Experience in startup/SME environments
• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in leadership or senior technical roles
• Proven experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development
