Are you a passionate Software Engineering Lead with a vision for innovation and the hands-on skills to back it up? Working within a dynamic global group, you will help shape the future of our client's flagship product as a Software Engineering Manager.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, product strategy, and team mentoring in a role that is both strategic and execution-focused.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
• Drive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform
• Guide and mentor a team of talented developers, inspiring growth, curiosity, and innovation
• Champion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, robust testing, and scalable architecture
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity acceleration
• Ensure delivery of high-quality features on time

Experience:

• Experience in startup/SME environments
• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in leadership or senior technical roles
• Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies
• Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development
• Passion for AI-driven development and a growth mindset
