The opportunityWe are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Web team delivering Unity platform support to web on desktop and mobile form factors. Our mission is to enable Unity developers to bring their titles to the web seamlessly, bridging functionality gaps and allowing our users to leverage the full power of the Unity Engine across browsers everywhere.The team’s goals include delivering stable platform support, realizing developer workflows for Unity users to unlock the unique features of this platform, and leading optimization initiatives to enable Unity to be efficient on the widest possible array of target devices.This role is a combination of technical leadership and people management. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
