As we scale, we are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead the strategic development of our software stack and shape the future of photonic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the long-term software roadmap, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge hardware and photonic computing advancements.
2. Anticipate and incorporate emerging trends in AI, computing, and software development to future-proof the technology stack.
3. Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.
4. Implement project management systems to streamline software development, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
5. Act as a key technical representative, presenting to investors, stakeholders, and partners to communicate the company’s software vision.

The Ideal Engineering Manager Will Have:

1. Proven experience in leading software teams and setting long-term technical roadmaps.
2. A strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their evolution in the next 2-5 years.
3. Experience in high-performance computing (HPC), distributed systems, or low-latency architectures.
4. Deep knowledge of C++, Python, and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
5. Strong leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with investors and external stakeholders.
