As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering an open and high-performance culture while being client-facing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Python, or other OOP languages. Their tech stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, and AWS. Leadership and management experience of at least 1-2 years is essential, and exposure to ISO certifications would be a plus.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £110k, an onsite role in London, and access to professional development through training programs and perks.
