This role involves extending and customizing core applications for clinical trials, including initial delivery, responding to change requests, and system maintenance. The Software Developer collaborates with the Almac team to deliver technical solutions and is assigned a level based on skills and responsibilities.

Key Requirements / About You

• Eligibility to work in the UK/IE or a valid work permit for full-time employment.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• ASP.NET MVC
• C#
• Entity Framework
• LINQ
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Service Bus technology.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with automated unit testing or test-driven development.
• Experience in clinical technology, life sciences, or software industries, including IXRS in clinical trials.
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps or TFS.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, domain-driven design, distributed event-driven systems, NServiceBus, MSMQ, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery.
