Job summary

Saab UK is launching its Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027, offering hands-on experience with Sensor Systems Radar and 3D radar technology. You’ll rotate through four 6-month placements at the Farnborough office, supported by managers, mentors and peers.

This structured two-year programme aims to develop core engineering skills, teamwork, and professional networks, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build real experience on real systems while rotating through core Engineering disciplines.
