Job summary

Saab UK is offering a 2-year Software Graduate Engineer programme at our Farnborough office. You will rotate through four 6-month placements in the Sensor Systems Radar business, gaining hands-on experience with 3D radar technology and real systems.

You will build professional networks, participate in ongoing learning, and may convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. A 2:2 engineering degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering with a minimum grade 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience on real systems while rotating through core Engineering disciplines.
