Job summary

Acquire Me is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Investment & Trading Systems team. You'll build systems that influence how the firm invests, trades and operates, working directly with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Risk and Treasury.

The role goes beyond maintaining one product; you own the solution through production, tackle ambiguous problems, and contribute to real-time data processing, analytics and reporting across global markets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java or C#.
• Strong SQL and experience with complex datasets.
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, data platforms or high-volume applications.
• Able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of turning ambiguous problems into concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Risk and Treasury to understand problems and define solutions.
• Own the solution from design to production and deployment.
• Build transaction analytics, FX exposure and intraday trading systems.
• Turn investment and performance data into materials for investors.
