Job summary

You’ll work with front-end and back-end engineers, quantitative analysts, data analysts, regulatory staff and linguists, coordinating cross-functional projects and applying in-house AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing technical support.
• Understanding of software operations in a production environment.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
• University degree.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve technical requests from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Structure the technical data for complex, exotic and novel trades so the platform can process them.
• Build and extend initialization, enrichment, validation and document-generation layers.
• Become an expert in data movement between platform layers.
• Help onboard and integrate clients into our systems.
• Bring client/industry insights to shape product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects.
