Zusammenfassung

SR2 Consulting is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to build and operate a scalable AI data platform in a financial-services environment. You will design and implement repeatable environments, secure access controls, and reusable infrastructure modules to support AI development, testing, and production.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, security, and operations to ensure platform reliability, security, and visibility, while documenting handovers for the growing internal team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on platform or cloud engineering experience in production environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS or Azure.
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally financial services.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills and understanding of environment management.
• Practical knowledge of cloud networking, identity, least-privilege access, and secure handling of sensitive data.
• Experience supporting containerised applications and working closely with software engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain cloud environments for AI development, testing and production.
• Create reusable infrastructure modules and deployment patterns.
• Configure identity, service permissions, networking, secrets management and encryption.
• Enable secure connectivity between AI applications and enterprise data services, including Snowflake.
• Support containerised workloads and managed cloud services, aligning with operational needs.
• Establish platform monitoring, capacity management, and cost visibility.
• Work with security teams to embed controls into platform design and configuration.
