Software Engineers will lead technical development and delivery at the team and sometimes lab level. They can act as Line Managers, co-leading with the Team PO for overall delivery, responsible for tech delivery, line management, and app ownership alongside their engineering output. Others will operate as Individual Contributors, specializing in particular technology areas with a narrower focus.

SALARY: £81,999 - £91,110

HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at our London hub.
In the Machine Learning as a Service lab, we design, build, and operate the bank's Machine Learning, Data Science, and Analytics platforms. Our work includes software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, and tooling.
