Job summary

Apple seeks a Software Engineer for the Organizational Systems & Intelligence team. You will build internal tools, platforms, and automation that power operational insights, automation, and intelligent workflows across Apple Services Engineering.

You’ll join a high-trust, high-impact team working across the full stack to design and deliver systems that simplify complex workflows, automate processes, and provide actionable insights for teams across Apple.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineer with production systems experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs/services.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks familiarity.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with containerized apps (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with React, Next.js, and/or Node.js.
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.
• Experience integrating data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving developer and operator productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tools and platforms to power operational insights.
• Build automation and scalable systems across ASE to enable intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering partners to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Improve development workflows through automation, CI/CD, and modern practices.
• Contribute to systems that provide actionable insights, reporting, and AI-driven capabilities.
