Job summary

Apple seeks a Software Engineer for the Organizational Systems & Intelligence team. You will build internal tools, platforms, and automation that power operational insights, automation, and intelligent workflows across Apple Services Engineering.

You’ll join a high-trust, high-impact team working across the full stack to design and deliver systems that simplify complex workflows, automate processes, and provide actionable insights for teams across Apple.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineer with production systems experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs/services.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks familiarity.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with containerized apps (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with React, Next.js, and/or Node.js.
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.
• Experience integrating data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.

In this role you will help design and develop internal systems that power operational insights, automation, and intelligent workflows across Apple Service Engineering.

You’ll join a high-trust, high-impact engineering team responsible for building and evolving internal tools and web applications that support the Apple Services Engineering (ASE) organization. In this role you will work across the full stack to design and deliver systems that simplify complex workflows, automate operational processes, and provide actionable insights for teams across Apple.You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering partners to:Translate ideas and operational needs into scalable technical solutionsBuild and iterate on internal platforms and tools used by engineering and program teamsDevelop MVPs quickly and evolve them based on user feedback Improve development workflows through automation, CI/CD, and modern engineering practicesContribute to systems that enable intelligent insights, reporting, and AI-driven capabilities across ASEOur team values pragmatic engineering, rapid iteration, and building tools that deliver real operational impact.

• Professional experience as a software engineer building production systems
• Strong problem-solving ability with a self-driven and proactive mindset
• Experience building modern web applications
• Front-end development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Back-end development experience building APIs and services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
