Job summary

Cirium is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in the UK. You will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software, working with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help improve code quality while staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Experience with databases and data storage technologies.
• Experience with Java, Spring or C#, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to JavaScript or Python and cloud-native development.

Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver high-quality solutions, enhance existing functionality, and support the full software development lifecycle while continuing to grow your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software features and enhancements.

• Experience with Java, Spring, or C# and
• Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to JavaScript and/or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and modern engineering practices.
• Interest in software quality, testing, security, and continuous learning.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
