Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and deliver high-quality, scalable Java-based applications using cloud-native practices. You will work closely with Product, UX, QA, and engineering teams to build robust applications and contribute to architectural decisions, leveraging AI-assisted technologies where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in object-oriented design and patterns.
• Expert-level development experience using Java, J2EE and web services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Micro Services and SOA web services.
• Expertise with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and/or ReactJS.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query writing, stored procedures, and basic data modelling.
• Strong experience with modern testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and containerization technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build cross-team relationships.
