Job summary

Infinitesima, based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is seeking Software Engineers to join its Talent Pool for industrial automation, semiconductor and scientific instrumentation projects. Roles range from junior to principal, with hybrid working (typically 3 days on site) and a pathway into advanced metrology software used by leading manufacturers.

You'll contribute to applications, control systems and HMIs for AFM inspection and related equipment, collaborate with hardware and electronics teams, and

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or a related discipline.
• Equivalent commercial experience developing complex engineering software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for industrial automation, robotics or machine control systems.
• Build user interfaces and HMI applications using WPF and related technologies.
• Collaborate with electronics, optics and mechanical engineering teams on hardware-integrated software.
