Job summary

Saab Seaeye Ltd invites applications for the Saab UK Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027. As a Software Graduate Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience across Saab Seaeye Underwater Robotics, rotating through four 6-month placements at our Fareham campus.

The programme is designed to develop engineers with exposure to core disciplines and potential conversion to a permanent role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete four 6-month rotations at the main Campus in Fareham.
• Gain experience across core Engineering disciplines.
