• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer in a modern product/platform delivery team.
• Proficient in building secure, testable code and fulfilling non-functional requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-native concepts and incident response is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software across the Field Operations Platform.
• Deliver secure, maintainable code meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Operations to achieve outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical refinements.
• Own code quality through automated testing and proactive defect resolution.
• Support live services through incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
