Alpaca is seeking a hands-on software engineer with deep knowledge of Corporate Actions and Security Master systems. You will help build the systems that manage security reference data, validate announcements, calculate entitlements, process cash and position changes, and reconcile outcomes across a global brokerage platform.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on Corporate Actions or Securities-processing experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of entitlements, elections, and reconciliations

Responsabilidades

• Design systems for Corporate Actions and Securities Master processing across markets
• Ingest, normalize, and cross-verify data from vendors and custodians
• Build entitlement processing using validated records and currencies
• Support life-cycle events including dividends, splits, mergers, and elections
• Ensure changes propagate across books, positions, ledger, and customer-facing systems
• Write and operate production code with Operations and other teams
