Job summary

Embed Software Limited is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering Services team. You will work on client projects, developing high-quality software across multiple industries, including regulated domains, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute through the full software development lifecycle using Python, C#, and/or C++, write clean code, perform testing, reviews, and documentation, and continuously expand your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering and Software Development.
• 2–3 years of professional software development experience and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python, C#, and/or C++.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, QA engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and verification activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and coding practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
• Support software releases, customer demonstrations, and deployment activities where required.
• Continuously learn new technologies to support diverse client engagements.
