Qualifications

• Production-grade experience of software engineering and knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Lead by example, setting engineering best practices, and mentoring other engineers to broaden their skillsets.
• Design and own software engineering development deployments from start to finish, thinking strategically about back-end architectural and design patterns.
• Manage system optimisations from identifying bottlenecks to participating in proactive incident management.

Responsibilities

• Enable a busy contact centre across voice and chat channels, while delivering on the platform roadmap.
• Set and maintain engineering standards and coach peers to achieve great outcomes.
