Job summary

Nexcade is building AI agents for the freight forwarding industry. You will join a technically-driven team to develop products across the AI-assisted stack, collaborating directly with customers and founders to ship features in Python, TypeScript and React that touch the entire shipment lifecycle.

You will work across product, AI and platform with a spike in your focus area, while maintaining an end-to-end ownership mindset and rapid iteration cycles in London.

Qualifications

• Shipped production systems you believed in and learned from failures.
• Strong fundamentals in the AI-assisted era and technical judgement.
• High ownership and ability to drive ambiguous problems to a decision.

Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class products for core freight forwarding tasks with customers as design partners.
• Raise AI capabilities across high-volume classification/extraction and long-running workflows.
• Own platform foundations: runtime for thousands of agents, data access controls and observability.
